A good practice, a great Doctor Dr Kirby, Sta John's.
Thank you for your comment I will pass this to Dr Kirby
It is very hard to get an appointment you have to ring up at 8.00 on the day. You cannot book in advance, the receptionists are sometimes rude. There are a couple that are nice and polite. You cannot get to see a nurse either it is easier to go to the hospital to have your bloods done.
When waiting in the waiting room you can hear the receptionists talking either on the phone or to the patients. It is not private, it is not good when the receptionists are moaning to each other about patients either.
I know it can be hard work being a receptionist but they should at least be polite and professional.
Thank you for your comments, we at St Johns are looking at the availability of appointments due to one of our Partners retiring. Unfortunatley we at present are unable to recruit a new GP. However, we have recruited a Senior Nurse who is able to offer Minor Illness appointments, this should release some appointments with the GP's going forward. - Diane (Practice Manager)
Always happy, helpful and genuine, nurses and doctors.

Needed an appointment for next week couldn't fit me in but had one spare today if it was any use. So I took it nice to be accommodated.
Thank you - Diane Practice Manager
Receptionist was very helpful, waiting to check in when not feeling good. Quite a while.
